1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Straits AI Consultancy website at straits.ae ("Website") operated by Straits AI Consultancy Ltd ("Straits", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, U.A.E. (PO Box 74977, Dubai AI Campus, Level 3, Innovation One Hub, DIFC, Dubai, U.A.E.).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms do not govern professional consulting services, which are subject to separate written engagement agreements.

14. Dispute resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules, which are deemed incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat of arbitration shall be the DIFC, Dubai. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court.
15. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Straits AI Consultancy Ltd with respect to your use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to that subject matter.
